About Ferrick Brothers Moving
Welcome to Ferrick Brothers Moving, your trusted partner in relocation since 1996. Founded by brothers Steve and Bob Ferrick, both proud Haverhill residents and graduates of Haverhill High School, our company has provided top-notch moving services to the community for over two decades.
Our Humble Beginnings
In 1996, fueled by a shared passion for helping people transition smoothly to their new homes, Steve and Bob Ferrick decided to embark on a journey that would eventually establish Ferrick Brothers Moving as a household name in the Merrimack Valley and beyond. Their dedication to professionalism, integrity, and hard work formed the cornerstone of our business.
A Legacy of Excellence
As the years passed, Ferrick Brothers Moving continued to flourish under the leadership of the Ferrick brothers. However, in 2000, a significant change occurred as Bob Ferrick assumed sole ownership of the company. With a deep-rooted commitment to upholding the company’s values and reputation, Bob has taken the helm, steering the company towards even greater success. Under his guidance, Ferrick Brothers Moving has continued to thrive, providing exceptional service to meet our clients’ diverse moving needs.

About Bob Ferrick
My name is Bob Ferrick, and I’m the owner of Ferrick Brothers Moving Company.
I’ve been in the moving industry since the 1980s, when I first worked for a local mover during high school and discovered how much I enjoyed the physical work, teamwork, and helping people through major life transitions.
In 1996, my brother Steve and I started Ferrick Brothers. Since 2000, I’ve run the company on my own—meaning the good, the bad, and everything in between has always been my responsibility. Over the years we’ve grown through word of mouth, navigated the 2008 housing crash, expanded to multiple trucks and crews, and more recently adapted to the challenges our industry has faced since the pandemic.
Today, Ferrick Brothers is a smaller, more focused company built on experience, reliability, and doing whatever it takes to help our customers—from full residential and commercial moves to smaller labor and transportation jobs. After nearly 30 years in business, I’m still here, still working, and still committed to taking care of every customer the right way.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about our story. If we can help with an upcoming move or project, I’d be glad to speak with you.
